Dishes like Pad Thai or Green curry, with their complex flavours and sometimes spicy kick, are great with the hoppy and citrusy notes of the beer. Spicy Tacos also work well - Whether it's fish, shrimp, or spicy beef tacos, the citrus elements in the IPA can help cut through the heat and richness of the dish.
